Software Executive to Scale Implementations and Customer Success as Rapid Growth in Billing and Revenue Automation Continues

WASHINGTON, September 30, 2021 – Ordway, the billing and revenue automation platform for scaling companies, announced today that Tracy Henriques joined the executive team to lead Client Services.  Tracy brings over 10 years experience in executive roles managing customer organizations at high growth technology companies, including several focused on automating finance and accounting business processes.

Prior to Ordway, Tracy was the Chief Customer Officer for LeaseAccelerator during a period of rapid growth, scale up, and international expansion.  She also served as the Vice President of Customer Success for Microstrategy where she managed a team responsible for over $300M in recurring revenue accounts.  Tracy started her career in finance and accounting working in public company audit for PwC before transitioning to an internal audit and compliance role.

As Vice President of Client Services at Ordway, Tracy has responsibility for implementations of new client projects as well as the ongoing technical support and customer success program for existing accounts.  In the coming months, Tracy’s priority will be to scale the organization to support Ordway’s rapidly growing customer base and to add depth in financial expertise to support the increasing complexity of use cases.
