He wanted to free customers from the constraints that many of the incumbent, rigid financial systems suffered. Over the past few years, Sameer has led Ordway through a period of rapid growth and outside investment as the company has begun to disrupt the recurring billing and subscription management category.

Subbu Venkiteswaran
As Senior Vice President of R&D and Operations, Subbu Venkiteswaran has responsibility for the research and development, product engineering, operations, security, and compliance functions at Ordway. His team manages the product development lifecycle for Ordway’s solutions. His team is responsible for the innovation behind the Ordway billing and rating engine, revenue sub-ledger, and dynamic product catalog as well as platform features such as workflow, analytics, and integration.
Chief Marketing Officer
Steve Keifer
As Chief Marketing Officer, Steve Keifer has responsibility for Ordway’s growth strategy, demand generation, and brand development programs, which are designed to expand the company’s market share in the SaaS, cloud, fintech, AI, and IoT segments. Additionally, he has responsibility for Ordway’s research practice which publishes thought leadership studies on pricing strategies, subscription management, and billing strategies for recurring revenue business models.
Vice President of Client Services
Max Rosenberg
As Vice President of Client Services, Max oversees all new implementations as well as the customer success and professional services teams. His team works closely with finance directors, controllers, and revenue operations professionals at hundreds of SaaS and cloud companies to optimize their subscription billing, revenue recognition, accounts receivable, and investor metrics reporting.
