The market analyst will conduct research about subscription, recurring revenue, and “as-a-service” business models then produce written research briefs and articles.
The analyst's primary responsibility will be to manage Ordway’s “sales tech stack,” which includes Salesforce.com, Outreach, Apollo, Clay, Instantly, Zapier, Calendly, and Hubspot.
Work directly with Ordway's SaaS and cloud customers to help them troubleshoot and resolve issues related to subscription billing, payment processing, and integration with CRM or ERP applications.
Design, develop, and implement in-app purchases, subscriptions, advertising integrations, and other revenue-generating mechanisms. Work closely with product managers, data analysts, and designers.
Streamline and optimize Ordway's software delivery process by implementing automation, continuous integration & continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and infrastructure management. for the product engineering team.
Work closely with our newest clients to help them configure our subscription billing and revenue recognition software. Perform data migration, CRM integrations, and functional testing to help optimize the launch.
Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails framework. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers, to build robust and innovative web solutions.
Provide support via tickets, chat, and phone to customers of Ordway subscription billing application. Answer customer questions, file bugs, and reproduce, troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate issues as necessary.
Design and develop new functionality for our native Salesforce CRM and CPQ integrations that publish account, opportunity, contact, pricebook, and contract data to Ordway's application.
