Location: India – Remote
Ordway is seeking an energetic, creative, and highly motivated professional to act as a Product Marketing Manager (PMM). The PMM will own two of Ordway’s modules, which include subscription billing, usage-based billing, revenue recognition, accounts receivable, investor metrics, and quotes. The products assigned will be based on the candidate’s background and experience.
The PMM will work closely with his/her peers in the product management organization to understand the roadmap and overall strategy, the sales organization to understand buyer behaviors and priorities, and the customer success organization to understand implementations, renewals, and churn dynamics. S/he will also work closely with the business development (SDR) and demand generation teams to support pipeline generation activities.

Job Responsibilities
Subject Matter Expertise
Develop deep expertise in the Ordway product, including features such as product catalog, sales quotes, rating engine, dunning emails, auto-pay, deferred revenue, and the customer self-service portal. S/he will act as a company subject matter expert to support the demand generation, outbound SDR, and sales functions.
Buyer Enablement
Lead the development of content assets and experiences that educate, enable, and empower buyers during the purchasing process. Examples include interactive product tours on the website, pre-recorded demonstration videos, buyer evaluation guides, online support documentation, sample RFP templates, customer references, and social proof (e.g., online reviews).
Sales Enablement
Develop a suite of sales playbooks and enablement materials that support each stage of the Ordway sales process, from initial discovery and product demonstration to final proposal and negotiation. Examples include corporate overviews, product brochures, slide presentations, customer case studies, and object handling techniques.
Product Launches
Partner with the product management team throughout the agile development lifecycle. Coordinate launch activities with the corporate marketing functions, including external press releases, website updates, customer testimonials, sales training, and upsell/cross-sell campaigns.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
Although the role is based in India, the Product Marketing Manager will need to work closely with his/her counterparts in the US market. As a result, the role will require working hours that overlap with Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours. Additionally, travel to the US will be required once per year.
Success in the role will require a strong aptitude for understanding corporate finance and accounting concepts. Prior experience with ERP, accounting, or finance software applications is strongly preferred. A degree or MBA with specialization in accounting or finance is a plus, but not required. CPA is a plus, but is not required.
