As an Ordway customer, you’ve been a key part of our journey. Now, we’d like to invite you to share in the next phase of our growth through the Ordway **Golden Ledger Referral Program**.

Simply introduce companies that could benefit from Ordway. We’ll take it from there, and you’ll share in the revenue when they become customers.

## Here’s How It Works

**Step 1: Submit your referral** – Send us the details of a qualified contact.

**Step 2: We take it from there** – Our team handles the outreach, books the meeting, and runs the demo.

**Step 3: You get paid** – If qualified, once the demo is completed, you receive your $200 Visa Gift Card within 5 days.

**Step 4: You get revenue share** – If your referral becomes a customer, you’ll receive $5,000 USD or 5% of the first-year ARR (whichever is higher). Payouts are processed within 30 days of invoice collection.

## Who to refer

To qualify for the Golden Ledger Referral Program, your referral should:

* Be a Founder, CEO, CFO, VP, Controller or equivalent
* Work in Finance or Accounting functions
* Represent a SaaS, AI, or Cloud Infrastructure company with a minimum of $20M in annual recurring revenue (ARR) – any subscription business – need recurring billing or subscription management
* Should not be an existing customer of Ordway

## What You’ll Earn?

* $200 Amazon or Visa Gift Card for every completed demo

* $5,000 USD or 5% of the first-year ARR (whichever is higher) for every converted referral

* No cap on earnings! Refer as many qualified companies as you’d like

## By When Should You Refer

* Referral submissions close on December 31, 2025
* Deals must close by March 31, 2026 to qualify for rewards
* Referrals submitted after December 31, 2025 will fall under the standard $2,000 referral program
